The story of your favorite food place started back in 2014 when Sandeep Chatterjee opened his very first Biryani restaurant in his current town Ahmedabad. Inspired by his own search for delicious Biryani options, he started to wonder if there was a better way of doing Biryani – and business. The last thing the world needed was another Biryani lovers, but maybe this one could be different. Maybe with this one, everyone could get exactly what they wanted, made fresh on demand. It all started sounding pretty great, and soon Sandeep was opening the Amazing Biryani and The Binge Plate Restaurant for Foodies in Ahmedabad.
